Booking Procedure

The first step is to find on our inventory the apartment that fit your budget and size requirements. Then place the booking. Within 2 business days you'll receive copy of the rent agreement with the terms of payment, after that you have 2 business days to forward the advance payment. The advance payment is equal to the 30% of the rent fee. Final payment (total less advance payment) is due in cash Euros (no traveler's checks) upon check in.

 

Agent's Fee

Roman Reference's fee is included in the rental fee.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 30% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to check-in are non-refundable unless the property is re-rented to another party for the same rate. Should the property be re-rented the advance can be used for another rental through Roman Reference in a different period, but it will not be sent back to the client.

 

Security Deposit

For short rentals a security deposit equal to the half of the entire rent is to be paid upon check in, this will be entirely reimbursed upon check out, provided that there is no damage to the premises or furnishings and that the phone outgoing calls have been paid. The deposit for long period rentals is equal to two months rent. Deposit can be secured by a credit card order which is not charged unless there is any unpaid damage..

 

Inclusions

Unless otherwise noted at time of booking, Roman Reference's apartments include linens (sheets and towels) and cooking facilities (including cooking and dining utensils). Each apartment description notes if a television, washing machine and/or direct-dial telephone service are present. Check for precise inclusions when placing your booking. While we will do everything possible to accommodate our clients' requests, we are not responsible for situations which might affect room/apartment rentals or delays in arrival, such as strikes, failure of previous guest to vacate or other causes or conditions beyond our control.

 

Check In/Check Out

Check in time starts from 12am, check out time is 10am.

 

Additional Charges

Extra persons in the apartment above the max indicated in the property's description are charged 20% on top of the rent fee. Taxes for credit card advance payments and other bank charges for wires and checks are not included in the rental prices. Any service charges that have been included do not cover the porterage of baggage, cloak rooms, or exceptional service for which the guest may feel that a separate gratuity should be made directly to the person performing the service.

Apartment rates are always quoted in Euros (all other currencies at the current rate of exchange) and are subject to change in the case of currency fluctuation or changes in tariff.
