I am sorry for being no longer available for giving tours but I hope my work of proposing itineraries and coordinating resources will make your stay fun, enjoyable and smooth.

I have been working as a guide since 1994. I have learned most of what I know by reading and searching information and stories about Rome to write for my newspaper (Nerone – the insider’s guide to Rome) which was created to be a monthly guide to Rome. A 16-page tabloid formatted paper, printed in 20.000 copies and distributed free to the tourists every month. My work became finding interesting stories and suggesting itineraries. This work ended up becoming my training for the work I do today. I spend most of my time working on suggestions and putting together itineraries and schedules made to measure for each and every client.

I try to put into my work just as much care as if I were planning a trip for my closest friend and try to be precise and work out all of the details.

When I can or I need a break from the computer work I still enjoy giving tours – which has been my main occupation for the first years of this endeavor. I have started the tour company Rome Made to Measure in the Summer of 1997 and it took a long time to find the right people who could give tours for my company as I was looking for very special people and I feel very lucky I was able to find them for you.
