ITINERARY: Meet the driver at the ship in Civitavecchia and travel to Rome: approx 1h 15min drive

Meet the guide  at your arrival in Rome

TOUR OF ROME: from 5 to 8 hours, depending on disembarking and boarding time of your cruise ship

Morning: Vatican Museums, Sistine chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. 

Afternoon: Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the most famous sites of the old city centre (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps.

Before returning to the ship, stop on the Janiculum hill to enjoy this spectacular view of Rome.

PS: Lunch is usually a quick stop given the limited time you have available, unless you wish to stop at a restaurant for a nice meal and taste of local cuisine.
