on FIAT 500!

Presenting: Joe Mace

"It was fun to work with the whole crew, in spite of an unexpected rainy day!"

Sergio Caggia.

The pictures in this page are take from the BBC1 tape kindly sent to us by the production.

We started filming early in the morning, after a tasty breakfast of Cappuccino and Cornetto. We were all disappointed by the weather, heavy rain for most of the morning... but we kept working hard between rain storms!

In spite of the rain we all enjoyed strolling around Rome in this tiny old car. Lukly we have fine weather and sunny days in Rome for the most of the time!

Filming in Rome was very interesting, but riding this old yellow FIAT 500 was the real fun part!

Come with us on this fun tour of the city!

Quoting Joe (from the filming):

"I love the Italians and I always wanted to come to Rome and what better way to see the city than through the wind-screen of this chauffer driven 1960s Fiat 500!"

"This is Campo dei Fiori which is where Ceasar was supposely murdered... somewhere in the corner over there, but the only thing getting murdered around here today are Cappuccinos..."

Time for breakfast... Italian Style
