Magnificent ! The tours you planned and arranged in Venice, Rome and Florence where tours that neither I nor the other nine members of our family will ever forget. First, your adjustment in meeting us at Venice Air Terminal with guide and water taxi due to airline delays for Siegels on Sunday and again for Moores on Monday was very much appreciated.

The guide, Lucia, on the water taxi tour of Grand Canal was very well done. The the guiding in Venice by Christina was excellent and she has such a nice personality. The gondola ride on a quiet canal was great. The water taxi to meet our cruise ship took us right to the baggage pickup area for the Grand Princes, which was nice not having to carry our many pieces of luggage.
