From the beginning of May to the middle of June the Roseto Comunale (public rose garden) can be seen at its best with a variety of sweet smelling blooms on show. The address is Via della Valle Murcia, 7 (on the Aventine hill). This is one of the most tranquil spots in Rome and well worth a visit. |
